Admired for her unyielding dedication to patient care and exceptional bedside manner, Dr. Aundrea Stevenson is a distinguished physician in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Dr. Stevenson attended Indiana University via the Groups Scholars Program. While at Indiana University she was a dedicated student majoring in biology and obtaining minor degrees in psychology and chemistry. One of the highlights of her undergraduate career was joining Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. After graduating from Indiana University, she completed a Master of Science in Biology at Purdue University. She went on to study in the Master of Science in Medical Science Program where she
distinguished herself through academic excellence. 

She obtained her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 2011 after earning the coveted Lula and George Rawls Award of Excellence Scholarship. She then relocated to Washington, DC to complete residency training at the George Washington University Hospital.
Dr. Stevenson is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and cardiovascular disease. She is active in her community through volunteering and believes strongly in mentorship.

Dr. Stevenson is an engaging mom and enjoys interacting with her 2 children at home, school and extracurricular activity. She demonstrates a strong commitment to education for learners of all ages, especially children.

Dr. Randy Vince Jr. is an SUO Fellow at the University of Michigan. He was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, and as the oldest of four siblings, he developed a passion for athletics. He attended Towson University, where I was a Varsity Letterman in Football. At Towson University, I double majored in MB3 (Molecular biology, Biochemistry, and Bioinformatics) and Chemistry. He later attended Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, where I earned my M.D. and subsequently completed a Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Health Systems residency. He developed a passion for Urologic Oncology after his grandmother's passing in medical school. While at the University of Michigan, he earned a master's degree in computational medicine and bioinformatics. He has a keen interest in using precision medicine to combat the concept of racial biology and evaluate the intersectionality of environmental exposures and gene expression on tumor biology.

Bro. Dr. Rayford is from Holly Springs, Mississippi. He earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Mississippi in 2005 and a Doctor of Medicine degree from Vanderbilt in 2009.  He completed residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts.  He has been in Tupelo, Mississippi since 2013 with his wife, Themesha and son, Vincent. 

He works as a primary care physician at IMA in Tupelo.  He also serves as the medical director for the Advanced Practice Clinician Fellowship Program at NMHS and as the Medical Director for the Good Samaritan Health Services Free Clinic.  

He has been a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc since joining via the Eta Beta Chapter at the University of Mississippi in Spring 2000.  He serves as Vice President of his local chapter (Theta Iota Sigma) and as the Mississippi state director of Social Action. He is the chair of the Health Committee.

DeGail J. Hadley, D.O., practices family medicine and is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Wellness Medical Clinic located in Cleveland, Mississippi. Dr. Hadley is a community advocate and influential African American physician whose focus is on educating his patients and developing a healthier community, one patient at a time.

Dr. Hadley has lectured on diabetes, hypertension, COVID-19, healthy men, and obesity, just to name a few. Since returning to the Mississippi Delta in 2012, He has served over 10,000 patients. He believes health is essential and one of the principles to a positive and productive life. He is the recipient of several service awards (Health Care Hero Award, Business Person of the Year, 70X2020 Colon Cancer Initiative Community Award), just to name a few.

Dr. Hadley was drawn to the field of family medicine by the fact the field is diverse. As an Osteopathic Primary Care Physician, he treats a wide variety of illnesses that affect the entire family. Brandon R. Brown is a West Philadelphia native and as alumnus of Saint Joseph's Preparatory and Temple University. He has built his 25+ year career as a national consultant/trainer/facilitator on challenging and strengthening individuals and communities ensuring safe spaces for young people to flourish. 

Some of his current and recent affiliations include: Working as a Trauma Specialist with Temple University’s Lewis Katz School of Medicine’s Center for Urban Bioethics’ Philadelphia Healthy and Safe Schools (PHASeS), a Certified Trauma Informed Practitioner/Facilitator with Lakeside Global Institute and Facilitator for Mentoring Independence Region.  He served as a Co-Lead Trainer for SAMSHA conducting trainings around engaging Men and Boys of Color and Substance Abuse and a Facilitator with Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA).  He was an Interim Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Saint Joseph’s Prep and provided technical assistance and capacity building support to the Achieving Reunification Center.  Currently, he is in his 14thyear as the Volunteer Lead Advisor for the Darryl L. Coates’ Sigma Beta Clubs of Philadelphia, working with young boys of color ages 8-18.

Dr. Jarrell McRae is a native of Baltimore Maryland. Dr. Jarrell McRae began his career in human services as a research intern with John Hopkins University, School  of Public Health, while matriculating at Morgan State University. Dr. Jarrell McRae earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Morgan State University in 2007. Jarrell McRae earned his master’s degree in Social Work (M.S.W.) with a concentration in Public Health in 2011 from Morgan State University.

During his tenure at Morgan State University, Dr. Jarrell McRae was selected for a special training initiative entitled the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Leadership Certification Academy in Substance Abuse & Psychopharmacology. The opportunity was funded and operated by the Morehouse School of Medicine in partnership with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Most recently, Fall of 2021, Dr. Jarrell McRae received a Doctorate of Social Work (D.S.W.) from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Since graduating from Social Work school in 2011, Dr. Jarrell McRae has held leadership positions as a Program Director & Manager, Clinical Supervisor, Chief Administrator and now operates as the Executive Director for a private, non-profit, child welfare agency in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Jarrell McRae has operated as a community-based therapist specializing in trauma within urban communities. Dr. Jarrell McRae operates within the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia (D.C.) as a consultant for both, public and private endeavors including LGBTQIA+ support and education, Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice reform and social program development and evaluation.

Barry D. Walston is the President of the Albany Black Child Development Institute. He is a lifelong activist who prides himself on being his “brother’s/sister’s keeper.” His institute focuses on delivering culturally relevant resources and programmatic supports that respond to the unique strengths and needs of Black children including early childhood education, health, child welfare, literacy, and family engagement. Mr. Walston’s commitment to social change/advocacy and activism is also demonstrated through community leadership and services as the President of Literacy NY of the Greater Capital Region, Grants Chair of the Albany Fund for Education, Board Member on the Juvenile Community Accountability Board and a member of the Albany Chapter of the NAACP and serves as their Youth Advisor to the NAACP Youth Council. He is employed at the New York State Department of Health.

Bro. Richard P. Farmer, II. was born and raised in New Haven, CT. He is the youngest of three and was the first to attend college in his family. He traveled up north to Boston, Massachusetts to further his education at Wentworth Institute of Technology for a major in Computer Engineering. He then attended University of Massachusetts Boston to finish his degree in Business Administration.

Bro. Farmer pledged Beta Alpha Chapter – Metro Boston City Wide chapter in Fall of 1998. He was the three out of five. Bro. Farmer then became Beta Alpha’s collegiate advisor from 2007 – 2013.Bro. Farmer sought out a leadership role in the fraternity by accepting an appointment to be theMassachusetts Area Deputy Director in 2016. He held this position for four years. During that time,historical and monumental progressions have been made in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.All due to Bro. Farmer’s vision, but the hard work of the Brotherhood.

Bro. Farmer currently works at the Board of Registration in Medicine as a Renewals Coordinator. He has been with the Board for over 20 years and was illustrated in the 2020 Sigma Saves Lives magazine as a Healthcare Professional that continued to provide services during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Bro. Farmer was currently appointed a member of the Health & Wellness International Committee for PBS in 2021. He has a wife, two children (Richie and Lady) and resides in East Bridgewater, MA where he continues to be a soldier for his alumni chapter (Omicron Chi Sigma) and a loyal member to most prestigious fraternity in the world.

Brother Keith Wilson was born and raised in Queens, New York. He graduated from St. John's University with a degree in Finance. While at St. John's he crossed the burning sands into Sigma at Lambda Rho Chapter. He achieved his MBA degree from Regent University with an emphasis on Financial Planning and Management. He had a strong desire to help people understand the importance of managing their money, so he attended Indiana Wesleyan Seminary and received a Master of Art in Ministry degree.

Dr. Rochelin Herold was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York to proud Haitian parents. Dr. Herold is the youngest son of five children. In 1997, Dr. Herold became a proud Mountaineer, furthering his studies at West Virginia University (WVU) in Morgantown, West Virginia where he earned a Master of Science in Community Health Education and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology.

Soon after completing graduate studies at WVU, Dr. Herold applied for and was accepted to the Doctorate program at Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, Georgia.

Dr. Herold was one of the first two recipients of the Research Track Award for his contributions in furthering chiropractic research. In March 2008, Dr. Herold was awarded a Doctorate of Chiropractic (DC) and relocated to Maryland with his wife, Joyce.

Dr. Herold has served for a number of years as a supervising chiropractor at several well-known offices throughout the Baltimore and Washington D.C. metropolitan areas. In May 2010, Dr. Herold was afforded a rare opportunity to travel to Haiti on a mission trip and serve with a team of medical professionals after the devastating earthquake to the region. Dr. Herold now offers services to his immediate community in Bel Air, MD at the MSI Integrative Healthcare (MSI), a full service chiropractic, physical therapy, and natural health facility with cutting edge technologies that meet and exceed diverse patient needs.

Dr. Herold stays busy as the Clinical Director of MSI. He has been trained in Colossus software and has served as an expert medical testimony during personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases of patients. He also engages in continuing education opportunities in order to offer his patients the most modern practices and to be a mentor and leader in the health and wellness realm. In his personal time, Dr. Herold enjoys exercising, traveling, playing various sports, and spending time with friends and family. CJ has worked over a decade in the fitness industry. As a youth he played baseball, basketball, football, soccer, wrestling, tennis, and swam competitively. His competitive drive and exceptional coaching produced a Division I level collegiate athlete. He spent nearly six years in corporate America and noticed people made all sorts of excuses for not maintaining their health.

Many people he encountered had the desire to be healthier active people. Most people in his network were competitive “over achievers” and hard working decision makers. These same people needed a professional with the same passion for health as they had in their respective fields. What started as an opportunity became a passion for CJ. People have different abilities and levels of fitness, and CJ believes that meeting people on their level and pushing them forward is the most effective way for them to stay engaged and be held accountable.

He is certified as a trainer with National Strength Professional Association (NSPA, CPT), the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF, CPT), and is an International Sports Science Association Nutrition Consultant (ISSA). Along with a dozen more specialized certifications, his energy and ability to effectively communicate have inspired his clients to improve their health and wellness for over a decade.

CJ currently operates an F45 Training studio in Silver Spring, Maryland specializing in HIIT style training.

I attended the University of California at Los Angeles, UCLA, majored in Psychology and Biology. I received a BA degree in Psychology.  As a scholar athlete I also served as one of the team’s captains of the UCLA football team during my senior year.  At UCLA I received many awards, but the most rewarding was being named the Scholar Athlete recipient for 1979.  I received a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and was named to their highest honor, as the Whitehead Leadership Society award recipient, this award is bestowed only to two students per year in the Masters program. 

I have worked in the environmental regulatory area for 35 plus years. My mission was to provide a safe and healthy environment for those who reside within our communities.  As a career employee with the government agency known as the South Coast Air Quality Management District (“SCAQMD”), I work as the Supervising Investigator for 25 plus years and completed my tenure the Air Quality Analysis and Compliance Supervisor, which is a mid-level management position.  The SCAQMD is the air pollution control agency for Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties and is committed to protecting the public from air pollutions. 

Both of my parents and two siblings were struck down by either environmental impacts or social influences of drugs, alcohol or Tabaco.  My mother succumbed to Multiple Sclerosis, my father passed away from lung cancer from Tabaco my sister from illicit drugs and my brother from both alcohol and illicit drugs.  My academic and professional experience has provided me with a platform to educate our communities on the harmful effects of environmental and social powers of addictions.

Hi my name is Roland Seward. I have been a Self -care Specialist for 3 years. I Have been a military trained personal trainer for 15 years, a massage therapist for 8 years and a yoga instructor for 5 years. The reason I became a self-care specialist is because with these three skills plus a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an associate degree in business I found helping others is what I was made for.

By extensively studying the human body, helping myself recover after breaking my right knee in 8 places and pushing myself by doing Spartan races and going back on the NBC show American Ninja Warrior, I have learned physically what the body needs in order to help heal and repair itself. Through years of Yoga and Massage practices I have discovered multiple ways to help the mind destress and enter into parasympathetic phase, or rest and digest phase. My spiritual well-being grows everyday through meditation, prayer and living in the moment. I am not a pastor but a person’s spirit goes beyond their religion. A person’s spirit affects their everyday mood. This is where self-care comes in. Through all my years of study and field work I have helped hundreds of people develop methods to bring real joy to their daily lives.
